Father, Husband, System Engineer, Spam Fighting Ninja!

Hello! My name is Jason L. Esman, I’m a 30′ish year old father of three wonderful girls and a super wife.

I work in Birmingham Alabama for a Business Internet Service Provider(BISP).  My title is  System Engineer, but I am not tied down to it.  This in turn leads to the fun part of my job, I get to do a bit of everything.  While I’ve got responsibilities; I’m not held back from doing anything.  Thank Goodness for Lab Environments.

In my spare time other then nerding out, as my wife likes to call it, I like to spend time with my family.  We enjoy working outside in the yard and visiting historic sites.

My super wife is my best friend and also a closet nerd. She is full time wife, mother, and legal secretary. Although at one time, she told me Stephen Hawkings was CEO of Apple…

My children are also being nerded out.  I have an 19 year old who is a super nerd (in our house nerd is a compliment). She is currently enrolled at Birmingham-Southern. I also have nerds in training, x2 11 year olds that are on their way to full nerdom. Recently caught doing experiments they saw on Myth Busters in their bedroom.
