They just don't understand the amount of maintenance and setup even an SBS exchange install costs. However, most people have fallen into the BB trap and could really use BES added to their hosted exchange accounts. This really limits my choices in hosted exchange providers. Do you offer BES as an addon for the accounts? I am all for hosted exchange for the majority of our clients. Nagios provides the monitoring while Cacti provides the graphs so we can trend issues and be more proactive and not just when something bad happens. I would recommend it to some of my smaller clients. Have you thought of offering a network monitoring product like a nagios implementation of sorts. It'd be nice for people who have alot of different clients to monitor all of them for failure plus it you're offering onsite service it'd be nice to know before your customers if somethings broken.
