Lets Get Personal

Last week I went to the doctor and posted a bit about it on Twitter and Facebook. If your not already following me you can do so http://twitter.com/zerolove or on Facebook I’m Jason Esman.

So I went to the doctor because I had this nasty looking growth coming out of my neck.  It didn’t bother me much until I was shaving and kept shaving parts of it off.  Ouch!  While I was there my wife said to have him look at some of the moles I have.  Being fair skinned  well I have a quite a few. The doctor noticed one on my back that bothered him, so while I was there he went ahead and cut it off/out along with the growth on my neck.  We now have to wait 5 to 7 days till the biopsy results come back to determine if it is anything at all.  I will keep you updated on this.

FAT

There I said it, i’m fat not just a little but alot. I am 33 years old, about 5’6 and I weigh around 250lbs with 31% body fat.  So yes I’m fat, but me and the wife are now doing something about that.  We have joined the local Gym Iron Works Fitness in Hueytown, Alabama.  We are working with a trainer and following a routine.  We are also trying to cut out alot of our bad eating.  You know bad day eat, seconds, triples, etc… We are doing it for each other and for ourselves.

Shame Shame…

Ok yes, I’m a smoker.  I have smoked since I was around 14 years of age.  I was not a good kid, ok.  Ask anyone that knew me then.  I’m going to the doctor soon and I’m going to try and get some help to stop.  My personal problem with stopping is that I turn into a jerk.  I mean full on, incredible hulk,  someone pissed into my cherios jerk.

So now that I have thrown it all down, lets see if I can do it. What do you think?

[UPDATE]

Got a call from the doctors today, while it was not something you wanna hear it is something that was caught in time.  I will be having surgery to remove the spot on my back on 2/12/09, the spot on my neck was nothing by the way.  Will give more of an update after.

Well had the surgery today, I have 5 stitches and am on drugs atm.  Will post pictures soon…

Well the surgery went fine, the doctor did a great job. I have 2 stiches on top and 3 on the muscle inside. I should know in a week if he got all the cancer cells.  I go back in two weeks to get the stiches from up top out.
